My Fears

A Guru Notebook for Confronting and Accepting Your Fears

Few people take the time to consider their fears.

Of course, we all experience fears throughout our lives and feel them in physical and emotional ways. We also tend to react and respond to our fears unhealthily without awareness. But how often do we clearly define, describe, discover, and accept our fears? How often do we take the time and effort to unwrap them?

The goal of this notebook is not fearlessness. Fears can serve us in great ways; and the chief way may be to help us awaken and develop greater confidence in our abilities.

This streamlined notebook serves to encourage and assist you in your efforts to think about your fears. Taking the time to title, describe, analyze, expose, and question your fears is paramount to healthy living. Knowing your fears, and accepting them with a sense of inner peace, is a great feat in life. When you accept your fears, you have nothing to lose – and a person with nothing to lose is completely free to live and enjoy life.

This notebook allows for fifty entries. Each entry consists of a front and back page and allows you space to detail and describe your fear, as well as the thoughts and beliefs that construct and support it. You’ll also be asked to tell of the ways you have responded and reacted to your fear previously – being aware of how you respond and react to fear is an incredible step in the practice of awareness. There is also an area in each entry for you to give some actions, thoughts, and beliefs that counteract the fear and reduce it.

Remember, the goal is not to become fearless. The purpose here is to become more aware of your fears and accept them as great opportunities for self-discovery and self-awareness.

P.S. If you feel comfortable enough to share a fear, feel free to do so in the comments section where this book is sold.
